Aluminium Sheet and Flat Plates

HiMetal is a leading supplier of aluminium sheets and flat plates in Singapore, delivering premium-quality materials for industrial, marine, architectural, and general fabrication applications. Our aluminium products are engineered for strength, corrosion resistance, versatility, and long-term performance.

Whether you need aluminum sheets for marine vessels, industrial structures, vehicle panelling, or architectural designs, HiMetal provides solutions tailored to your requirements.

Aluminum Alloy Flat Plate 1100

1100 aluminum alloy has minimum of 99% purity with Low strength non-heat treatable and excellent corrosion resistance. It is easily to welding, brazing, soldering and has excellent thermal and electrical conductivity.

Aluminum Alloy Flat Plate 3003

3003 aluminum alloy is an aluminium-manganese alloy which approximately 20% stronger than alloy 1100. This alloy is readily formed by either conventional cold working or hot working.

Aluminum Alloy Flat Plate 5052

5052 Aluminium Alloy is a non-heat treatable alloy that is wieldable. It is hardened by cold work. It has good weldability, formability and corrosion resistance. Including resistance to salt water.

Aluminum Alloy Flat Plate 6061

The most versatile of the heat treatable aluminum alloys is 6061. It offers a wide range of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, weldability and good formability in the annealed and T4 condition.

FAQs About Alumninium Sheet

An aluminium sheet is a flat, thin piece of aluminium alloy used in industrial, marine, architectural, and fabrication projects. Common uses include vehicle panels, marine structures, industrial equipment, roofing, kitchen appliances, and decorative cladding.

Common types include plain aluminium sheets, chequered (tread) plates, anodised sheets, and pre-painted aluminium, depending on the application.

Yes, aluminium sheets offer excellent corrosion resistance, making them ideal for Singapore’s humid and tropical weather, especially with anodised or coated finishes.

Thickness: Depends on load and application — 0.5mm–6mm covers general and heavy-duty needs.

Size: Standard sizes (4ft x 8ft, 4ft x 10ft, 4ft x 12ft, 5ft x 10ft, 5ft x 12ft) or custom cut-to-size options ensure proper fit for fabrication, roofing, or structural use.

Yes. All sheets meet ASTM B209 / GB/T 3880, guaranteeing consistent quality, mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance.

Absolutely. Our aluminium sheets are highly weldable and formable, suitable for cutting, bending, and joining for industrial, architectural, or marine projects.
